Regulations of stay

1. Apartments are designed for the maximum number of people indicated in the offer or booking confirmation.

2. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM on the day of arrival and ends at 11:00 AM on the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed.

3. Extending your stay requires prior arrangement with the property and is subject to availability. Additional fees may apply.

4. The guest is obliged to confirm the planned arrival time no later than the day before arrival, in the manner indicated by the facility staff.

5. The handover of keys or access codes takes place in accordance with the procedure in force at a given facility and is carried out by the staff or a self-service system.

6. The fee for final cleaning of the apartment may be charged separately or included in the rental price, as indicated in the information provided when booking.

7. The number of people staying in the apartment must not exceed the number indicated in the reservation. In the event of a breach of this condition, the owner or manager has the right to charge an additional fee for each unregistered person per day of stay or refuse the rental without any right to a refund.

8. The Guest is fully financially liable for any damage to the apartment, its equipment, common parts of the building and to third parties caused by him or the persons for whom he is responsible.

9. The Guest is obliged to use the apartment in a manner consistent with its intended purpose, to maintain order and cleanliness, and to comply with the rules of social coexistence and regulations in force in a given building or housing community.

10. Quiet hours apply during the hours specified in local regulations or building regulations.

11. The owner or manager of the apartment are not liable for any inconvenience resulting from circumstances beyond their control, in particular: interruptions in the supply of utilities, renovation works, disturbances by third parties, random events or administrative decisions.

12. The guest is obliged to immediately report to the staff any faults, breakdowns or damages occurring during their stay.

13. The owner and manager are not responsible for personal belongings left in the apartment, either during or after the stay.

14. Parking, if available, is unattended and the owner or manager is not responsible for vehicles or property left in them.

15. In the event of loss of keys or cards or damage to the access system, the Guest is obliged to cover the costs of their replacement or replacement of security devices.

16. Early departure of the apartment by the Guest, for reasons beyond the control of the owner or manager, does not constitute grounds for a refund of all or part of the fee for the unused period of stay.

17. Smoking cigarettes, tobacco products, e-cigarettes and other intoxicating substances is strictly prohibited in the apartments, unless otherwise expressly stated.

18. Pets are permitted in the apartment only with prior notification and consent from the owner or manager. Pets may be subject to an additional fee in accordance with the applicable price list. Failure to notify the guest in advance may result in additional fees or refusal of the stay without any refund.

19. These Terms and Conditions constitute an integral part of the short-term rental agreement. In matters not regulated, the provisions of the law applicable to the location of the apartment shall apply.
