The condition for confirmation of the reservation is the payment of 20% of the reservation amount to one of the accounts below or another amount in accordance with the rules applicable on the booking portals.

Cancellation conditions for reservations made directly with a Casa Azul representative:

- If you need to cancel your reservation, we can change your apartment reservation date at any time free of charge (subject to availability). Cancellations should be submitted via email to azulapartament@gmail.com

- free cancellation is possible up to 31 days before arrival, the amount paid will be refunded within 7 days to the account specified in the email

- in case of cancellation of the trip between 30 and 14 days before arrival, we charge a handling fee in the amount of the advance payment, the remaining amount will be refunded within 7 days to the indicated account

- in case of cancellation of the trip within 14 days, we charge a handling fee of 50% of the booking amount, the remaining amount will be refunded within 7 days to the indicated account

The conditions for cancelling a reservation made on booking portals are governed by the individual rules established by the booking portals.
